Comments on Straits Times Index ( STI )
  
STI has moved into the Initial Uptrend Phase.
However, I am not comfortable entering Long this round with the US Fed 2-days meeting concluding tonight.
As the US stimulus package will be voted on today, high unpredictability and volatility could be expected.
In addition, trading volume could be low due to the Lunar New Year season which could add more volatility and irrationality to the market.   
Risk Level is High.
